WORKSHOP, LYTTON SPRINGS, TX

This is a new Bad Ass Building by Eric.

The workshop is 15′ x 16′. The roof is 10′ at the front and slopes down to 9′ in the back. It’s a single-slope metal building on concrete foundation with full Simply Metal Structures Trim Package.

It’s got two 2′ x 3′ Low E Residential Windows and one 4′ x 7′ door with hardware. It comes with gutters and downspout.

The color is Light Stone with Galvalume Plus roof.

The customer couldn’t be more pleased with how this one came out. He said he was amazed at the quality of our work and that it’s worth every penny!
