AUSTIN BAD ASS GARAGE, AUSTIN, TEXAS

This is one of Eric’s Bad Ass buildings.  It measures 25′ x 30′ with a single slope roof that is 11′ in the front, sloping to 9′ in the rear.  The roof is galvalume.  The doors are sectional, electric, and are controlled by the owner’s cell phone.  The walk through door is cell phone controlled as well.  The garage doors are 10′ wide by 9′ tall.  The building also has a 3′ x 3′ window.  This is all constructed on a 3,000 psi 4″ slab with all bar in the slab.
